After #AidToo

Community-led technologies for vulnerable women

City, University of London

We collaborate with a Tunisian NGO dedicated to supporting single mothers, as we aim to co-create solutions that empower and serve this group of women who are often marginalised from their families and communities. I have been responsible for designing participatory research interventions carefully reflecting on the ethical, cultural, and practical aspects of safeguarding the wellbeing of vulnerable women and our RAs in the field.

In particular, I have a leading role in organising creative, capacity-building workshops to empower women who had not been able to speak about abuse in the past.

This project is on hold due to COVID-19.
